Creatio, a leading AI CRM and workflow platform headquartered in Dubai, seeks an AI Consultant to help enterprises identify, design, and launch high-value AI agents with measurable outcomes. You will engage across business consulting, AI strategy, and solution design, coordinating with AI engineers, product, and delivery teams to ensure successful deployment and ROI.

The role sits in Dubai and requires strong English communication, business analysis, and experience with AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong analytical and systems thinking.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience designing or launching AI-powered solutions or AI agents.
• Experience translating business requirements into solution designs.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to develop AI adoption roadmaps and identify AI use cases.
• Understand customer domain and processes to prioritize impactful AI use cases.
• Translate business problems into solution concepts and implementation proposals with success metrics.
• Design AI agent solutions and redesign workflows to remove repetitive work.
• Define how AI agents integrate with enterprise systems and APIs.
• Prepare agent specifications and solution documentation for delivery teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Delivery across pre-sales, implementation, and adoption.
• Support customer presentations and executive discussions on AI strategy.
