Qualifications

• B.Com graduate with 4–7 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Administration.
• Good knowledge of accounting procedures and reconciliation processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounting tasks efficiently.
• Candidates currently based in Dubai will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of: Bookkeeping & Financial Record Management; Accounts Payable, Receivable & Bank Reconciliation; MS Excel & Accounting Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and invoicing processes.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage petty cash and support financial documentation requirements.
• Prepare and maintain accounting reports using MS Excel and MS Office.
• Assist with administrative activities as required.
