Qualifications

• 3+ years of ops management in DTC/eCommerce.
• Proven experience creating, documenting, and improving SOPs and systems.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve day-to-day operations for scalable growth.
• Build and optimize SOPs, workflows, and internal systems.
• Coordinate supply chain, logistics, and key eCommerce activities.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and project delivery.
• Support recruiting activities and team growth initiatives.
