• Complete process knowledge for Tatmeen
• Ensure timely online submissions to the Ministry of Health (MOH) for import shipment approvals.
• Coordinate the registration of classified products as required.
• Manage batch release processes in compliance with MOH regulations.
• Provide necessary documentation and support for the import and export of regulated products, including regulatory certificates for medical devices.
• Identify and report items requiring classification.
• Share approved import permits with the Logistics team on the same day of approval.
• Organize and submit complete documentation for license renewals within required timelines.
• Oversee the drug store operations in accordance with MOH standards.
• Maintain SOP temperature and humidity logs as per regulatory requirements.
