Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants seeks a skilled Drone Operator to operate UAVs for aerial photography, inspections, surveying, and data collection. The role requires hands-on drone experience, strong technical knowledge, and adherence to aviation regulations and company standards.

You will perform pre-flight checks, plan routes, capture high-quality imagery, troubleshoot issues, and maintain equipment while coordinating with project teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience with DJI Enterprise drones or similar pro platforms.
• Familiarity with GIS, mapping, photogrammetry or 3D modeling is preferred.
• Experience across construction, facilities management, real estate, security, media production, or inspections is advantageous.
• Ability to troubleshoot drone hardware and software issues.
• Valid drone pilot certification/licence per local aviation authority rules.
• Able to operate in diverse environments and weather conditions.
• Experience in aerial photography, videography, surveying, or mapping is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of photo/video editing and data processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate drones safely and efficiently for photography, videography, inspections, mapping, and monitoring.
• Perform pre-flight and post-flight checks including equipment inspections and battery management.
• Plan flight routes and assess operating conditions for safe deployment.
• Capture high-quality aerial images, videos, and data per project requirements.
• Monitor drone performance and troubleshoot issues during flights.
• Maintain and calibrate drone equipment, cameras, sensors, and accessories.
• Process and organize captured footage and flight data.
• Prepare flight reports and maintenance records.
