Job summary

Aldar Maison Home Health Care in Dubai is seeking a professional driver to support nurse transportation to patient homes. You will navigate daily routes, ensure safety, and maintain meticulous vehicle and trip documentation while collaborating with the operations team.

Key responsibilities include timely pickups and drop-offs, adherence to local traffic laws, and maintaining a courteous, professional demeanor with staff and patients.

Qualifications

• Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License.
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience in Dubai.
• Excellent knowledge of Dubai roads, shortcuts, and traffic patterns.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and in heavy traffic situations.
• High sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
• Clean and well-presented appearance at all times.
• Polite, respectful, and professional attitude.
• Commitment to patient safety and staff wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and drop off nurses from designated locations to patient homes as per the daily schedule.
• Ensure safe and smooth driving at all times following UAE traffic laws and company regulations.

• Maintain communication with the operations team regarding location traffic or route changes.
• Drive responsibly observing speed limits, road signs and safety regulations.
• Ensure the vehicle is always secure, properly parked and prepared before each trip.
• Report any vehicle issues, accidents or safety concerns immediately to the supervisor.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean, organized and well maintained at all times.

Job description

• Pick up and drop off nurses from the designated locations to patient homes as per the daily schedule
• Ensure safe and smooth driving at all times following all UAE traffic laws and company regulations
• Plan routes efficiently to ensure timely arrivals and minimize delays
• Maintain communication with the operations team regarding location traffic or route changes
• Drive responsibly observing speed limits road signs and safety regulations
• Ensure the vehicle is always secure properly parked and prepared before each trip
• Report any vehicle issues accidents or safety concerns immediately to the supervisor
• Maintain a strong high level of personal hygiene and cleanliness strong throughout working hours
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean organized and well maintained at all times
• Demonstrate respectful polite and professional behavior with nurses patients and colleagues
• Adhere strictly to the daily schedule and ensure strong on time pickup and drop off strong of nurses
• Manage travel routes to avoid delays due to traffic or road conditions
• Notify the operations team promptly in case of unavoidable delays
• Keep track of mileage fuel consumption and basic vehicle checklists
• Assist in routine vehicle inspections and maintenance scheduling
• Follow company procedures for logging trips and completing driver documentation

Compensation & Benefits

• Gross Salary: AED 2,500
• Overtime Allowance: Up to AED 500
• Total Monthly Package: Up to AED 3,000
