Job summary

Ali & Sons Real Estate is seeking a reliable courier/delivery driver to transport documents and materials safely and efficiently within Abu Dhabi and Dubai. You will operate and maintain the assigned vehicle in line with UAE regulations and protect confidentiality.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of driving or delivery experience, a valid UAE licence, strong knowledge of local roads, and a high school diploma. This role offers stability within a well-established UAE property management group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant driving or delivery experience.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads and traffic regulations.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver mail, documents, supplies, and materials as assigned.
• Ensure important documents are hand-delivered to the recipient.
• Complete deliveries and collections in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive documents and materials.
• Assist with vehicle upkeep: refuelling, oil/water checks, batteries, tires, cleaning windows.
• Keep the vehicle clean, safe, and in good condition.
• Follow UAE traffic rules and vehicle safety regulations at all times.
• Maintain professional conduct with employees, tenants, clients, visitors and authorities.
• Perform other duties and errands as assigned by the Property Manager.

Role Purpose

To provide safe, reliable, and timely transportation and delivery services for correspondence, documents, supplies, and other materials while ensuring the assigned vehicle is properly maintained and operated in accordance with company and UAE regulations

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and deliver office mail, documents, important papers, records, purchase orders, supplies, and other materials as assigned.
• Ensure important and priority documents are hand-delivered directly to the intended recipient.
• Complete deliveries and collections in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure the safe handling of sensitive documents and materials.
• Assist with the day-to-day upkeep of the assigned vehicle, including:
  • Refuelling the vehicle.
  • Checking and replenishing oil and water.
  • Checking batteries and tires.
  • Washing and cleaning windows.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is kept clean, safe, and in good operating condition.
• Follow UAE traffic rules and vehicle safety regulations at all times.
• Maintain professional conduct when dealing with employees, tenants, clients, visitors, and regulatory authorities.
• Perform other duties and errands as assigned by the Property Manager.
