Job summary

ERC International Human Resources Consultancies is seeking energetic Route Sales Representatives (Van Sales) for 50 openings in the UAE. The role involves delivering products, building customer relationships, and driving sales along assigned routes.

A UAE manual driving license and prior van/FMCG sales experience are preferred. Salaries are offered up to AED 2,500/month with opportunities to meet targets and advance within a fast-paced FMCG environment across the UAE.

Location: UAE

Salary: Up to AED 2,500/month

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Route Sales Representatives (Van Sales) to join a leading FMCG company in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the assigned delivery truck/van safely and efficiently.
• Deliver products to customers along the assigned route.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle customer inquiries and process sales orders.
• Promote products and maximize sales opportunities during each visit.
• Collect payments (if applicable) and maintain accurate sales records.
• Ensure timely deliveries while providing excellent customer service.

Products:

• 5-Gallon Water Bottles
• Retail Water Packs (500 ml, 1 L, etc.)
• Newly Launched Small Water Bottles

Requirements:

• Previous experience in van sales, route sales, or FMCG sales is preferred.
