Job summary

Al Zahrawi Medical is seeking an experienced driver to manage the receipt, storage, and delivery of orthopedic products across the UAE. The role involves coordinating with the warehouse, ensuring documentation accuracy, and maintaining vehicle logs.

Based in Abu Dhabi, you will handle daily routes and liaise with the Sr Driver Fleet Coordinator for timely deliveries. Candidate should have 3–4 years of driving experience, a valid manual driving license, and be willing to relocate under a company

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in driving or logistics.
• Experience handling orthopedic products preferred.
• Based in UAE, preferably Abu Dhabi.
• Willing to relocate and obtain company visa.

Responsibilities

• Receive products from ports and deliver to warehouse.
• Deliver products to customers around the UAE as instructed.
• Collect documents and products from the warehouse.
• Submit a daily work report to the Warehouse Operations RA QA Manager.
• Attend urgent calls and divert deliveries as needed.
• Comply with warehouse instructions, rules and regulations.
• Inspect items for quality and quantity against invoices and delivery notes.
• Maintain vehicle logbook and GPS driver logs daily.
• Keep the vehicle clean and perform routine maintenance checks.
• Renew company vehicle and personal driving licenses on time.

Accountabilities

• Policies Procedures
• Adhere to all Zahrawi Policies Procedures as applicable
• Transportation
• Receive the products from the ports and deliver it to the WarehouseCollect documents and products from the warehouse Deliver the products to the various customers around the UAE as per the Sr Driver Fleet Coordinator s instructions Collect any faulty products from the customers and deliver it back to Warehouse for Servicing
• Warehouse Coordination
• Load the medical equipment into the vehicle in a proper manner Submit a daily work report to the Warehouse Operations RA QA Manager Attend to any urgent calls from the Warehouse and divert the delivery accordingly Comply with all Warehouse instructions rules and regulations
• Quality Check
• Properly check and inspect the items quality and quantity against the invoice and delivery note to ensure accuracy Inform the Sr Driver Fleet Coordinator of any discrepancies Collect and return all documents with the customer s signature and company stamp to the Warehouse
• Safety and Traffic Rules
• Driving safely and obeying the UAE Traffic rules and regulation Utilizing online maps to identify the fastest routes Maintaining an organized travel schedule and ensuring there is ample time to reach your destination
• Vehicle Maintenance
• Check and maintain the vehicle petrol on a regular basis Monitor the vehicle maintenance coolant engine oil etc and repair when needed Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle as per the Company Vehicle Policy Maintain the vehicles logbook on a daily basis and cross check it with the GPS driver log Ensure timely renewal of company vehicle and personal driving license

Requirements

• Education: High School Degree
• Additional details: Candidate should be willing to move to Company Visa
• Candidate should be based in the UAE
• Previous experience handling and transporting orthopedic products is preferred
• Preferably based in Abu Dhabi
• Experience: 3 - 4 years of experience
• Job Specific Skills: Driver, Manual Driving License, Transportation
