Job summary

GCG Engineering Services in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Driver to safely transport employees and materials to ADNOC project locations, maintaining vehicles, and adhering to all laws and company policies.

The role requires 5 years UAE experience, a valid UAE light-vehicle license, strong time management, and a professional, courteous demeanor; on-site shifts across ADNOC sites, with occasional extended hours.

Qualifications

• Valid UAE driving license (Light Vehicle).
• Knowledge of road safety rules and defensive driving techniques.
• Ability to drive long distances safely and responsibly.
• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Physically fit.
• Excellent time management and reliability.
• Professional and courteous behavior when interacting with staff and clients.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees, visitors, or company materials to designated locations in a timely manner.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition at all times.
• Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies during driving assignments.
• Conduct routine checks and maintenance on the vehicle (fuel, oil, tire pressure, etc.).
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents.
• Ensure proper loading and unloading of goods or materials when required.
• Notify management of any vehicle issues, accidents, or delays promptly.
• Assist with other office or administrative duties as requested.
