Job summary

NES Fircroft in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Drilling Supervisor to support an ADNOC Sour Gas campaign. The role involves supervising drilling operations on site, ensuring adherence to HSE policies and ADNOC procedures, and coordinating with contractors.

Candidates with prior ADNOC Sour Gas campaign experience are strongly encouraged to apply. The position follows a 28/28 rotation with a contract of approximately 12-18 months and a competitive day rate plus benefits.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Drilling Supervisor to support an upcoming drilling campaign with ADNOC Sour Gas (ASG) in Abu Dhabi.

Contract Details:

• Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
• Rotation: 28 days on / 28 days off
• Contract Duration: Approximately 12-18 months
• Mobilization: Early to mid-October
• Competitive day rate including all applicable benefits and allowances.
• Candidates with prior ADNOC Sour Gas campaign experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all drilling operations on site.
• Ensure adherence to HSE policies, well programs, and operational procedures.
• Monitor contractor performance and operational efficiency.
• Manage drilling activities, reporting, and troubleshooting during well construction.
• Ensure safe execution of drilling programs and compliance with ADNOC requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Drilling Supervisor in onshore/offshore drilling operations.
• Previous experience working on ADNOC Sour Gas campaigns is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of drilling operations, well control, HSE standards, and contractor management.
• Valid well control certification and relevant industry qualifications.
• Ability to work on a 28/28 rotational schedule.
