Job summary

NES Fircroft in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Drilling Supervisor to support an ADNOC Sour Gas campaign on a 28/28 rotation. The contract spans approximately 12–18 months with mobilization in October.

You will supervise all drilling operations on site, ensure adherence to HSE policies and ADNOC procedures, monitor contractor performance, manage reporting and troubleshooting during well construction, and ensure safe execution of programs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Drilling Supervisor in onshore/offshore drilling operations.
• ADNOC Sour Gas campaigns experience preferred.
• Knowledge of drilling operations, well control, HSE standards, and contractor management.
• Valid well control certification and relevant industry qualifications.
• Ability to work on a 28/28 rotational schedule.

We are seeking an experienced Drilling Supervisor to support an upcoming drilling campaign with ADNOC Sour Gas (ASG) in Abu Dhabi.

Contract Details:

• Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
• Rotation: 28 days on / 28 days off
• Contract Duration: Approximately 12-18 months
• Mobilization: Early to mid-October
• Competitive day rate including all applicable benefits and allowances.
• Candidates with prior ADNOC Sour Gas campaign experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
