Job summary

Strong data interpretation and autonomous decision-making are essential. The role requires 5 years of dredging experience, an engineering Master's degree, and PMP is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Engineering Master’s or equivalent
• 5 years of dredging project experience in a relevant role
• In-depth understanding of dredging processes and equipment
• Ability to transform raw data (CSV/logs) into readable formats and draw conclusions
• Proven leadership and ability to guide a project team
• Ability to work autonomously and propose improvements

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day dredging activities on a project
• Provide input for detailed project planning
• Ensure dredging activities follow the project plan
• Provide weekly progress, budget, and planning reports to Works Manager
• Delegate tasks to dredge supervisors, monitor reports, and identify efficiency improvements
• Monitor subcontractor activities and ensure safe, compliant operations
• Coordinate with project team and stakeholders for data transfer
• Plan staffing for dredging activities and ensure cross-department collaboration
• Execute daily activities and ensure on-site safety and reporting
• Prepare and compile final project operation report on performance and costs
