Job Summary

As a Draughtsman in the renewable energy sector specifically focused on solar energy your primary responsibility will be to create detailed technical drawings and specifications for solar power systems. You will work closely with engineers project managers and other stakeholders to develop accurate and comprehensive drawings that adhere to industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and Design: Produce detailed technical drawings plans and schematics for solar energy projects including site plans elevation drawings electrical diagrams and equipment layouts using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Project Collaboration: Collaborate with engineers architects and project managers to understand project requirements and incorporate them into the drawings ensuring compliance with design standards safety regulations and client specifications.
• Documentation and Records: Maintain accurate records and documentation of all drawings revisions and changes throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure drawings are properly archived and organized for future reference.
