Job summary

Client of NexRevo Global seeks an experienced Draftsman Multidiscipline to prepare, coordinate and update shop drawings, working drawings, installation drawings, fabrication drawings and as-built drawings for architectural, MEP, civil and infrastructure works.

The role requires strong experience in construction detailing, multidisciplinary coordination, drawing revisions, site changes and technical documentation for construction projects across fit-out, infrastructure or engineering sectors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Draftsman in construction, engineering, fit-out, MEP, civil, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience in shop drawings, working drawings, installation drawings, detailing, and as-built drawings.
• Experience in Architectural, Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical, Plumbing, Civil, or Infrastructure disciplines.
• Multidisciplinary drafting and coordination experience preferred.
• Experience in large-scale construction, infrastructure, airport, commercial, residential, hospitality, or major development projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shop, working, installation, fabrication and as-built drawings.
• Develop drawings for Architectural, MEP, HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil and Infrastructure works.
• Prepare plans, elevations, sections, layouts, details, schedules, schematics and technical drawings.
• Review BOQs, specifications, drawings, site measurements and requirements.
• Coordinate drawings across architectural, structural, MEP, civil, utility and infrastructure disciplines.
• Identify and resolve drawing discrepancies, design conflicts and coordination issues.
• Incorporate consultant comments, RFIs, site instructions and approved design changes.
• Update as-built drawings based on site conditions and red-line markups.
• Maintain drawing registers, revisions, submission records and document control.
• Prepare material take-offs, equipment schedules and technical documentation as required.
• Coordinate with site and engineering teams to ensure drawings are accurate, practical and construction-ready.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Draftsman Multidiscipline to prepare coordinate and update shop drawings working drawings installation drawings fabrication drawings and as-built drawings for architectural MEP civil and infrastructure works The role requires strong experience in construction detailing multidisciplinary coordination drawing revisions site changes and technical documentation for construction fit-out infrastructure or engineering projects Line amp Staff Relations Reports to the Design Manager Engineering Manager Project Manager and coordinates with Engineers architects BIM and design teams Site engineers and construction teams Consultants clients and subcontractors QA QC and document control teams

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare shop working installation fabrication and as-built drawings
• Develop drawings for Architectural MEP HVAC Mechanical Electrical Plumbing Civil and Infrastructure works
• Prepare plans elevations sections layouts details schedules schematics and technical drawings
• Review BOQs specifications drawings site measurements and technical requirements
• Coordinate drawings across architectural structural MEP civil utility and infrastructure disciplines

Minimum Requirements

• Experience Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Draftsman/Draughtsman in construction, engineering, fit-out, MEP, civil, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience in shop drawings, working drawings, installation drawings, detailing, and as-built drawings .
• Experience in one or more disciplines: Architectural, Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical, Plumbing, Civil, or Infrastructure .
• Multidisciplinary drafting and coordination experience preferred.
• Experience in large-scale construction, infrastructure, airport, commercial, residential, hospitality, or major development projects is an advantage.
• Education Diploma/Bachelor s Degree in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, MEP, Drafting, or related discipline.
• Knowledge Construction drawings and detailing Shop and working drawings MEP and multidisciplinary coordination Civil and infrastructure drafting Construction methods and materials As-built documentation and drawing revisions BOQs, specifications, and material requirements Technical documentation and document control.
• Software Skills AutoCAD Mandatory MS Excel Mandatory Revit / Revit MEP Civil 3D / MicroStation SolidWorks BIM coordination tools Software requirements may vary depending on the assigned discipline.
• Soft Skills Strong attention to detail Good technical and analytical skills Strong coordination and communication skills Good understanding of construction requirements Strong organization and follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple drawings and revisions Ability to work effectively with engineers, consultants, BIM teams, subcontractors, and site teams

Preferred Project Experience

• Experience in large-scale construction, infrastructure, airport, commercial, residential, hospitality, fit-out, MEP, roads, utilities, or major development projects will be preferred.
• Candidates with multidisciplinary experience across Architectural, MEP, Civil, Structural, and Infrastructure works will have an advantage.
