Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Draftsman for a full-time position in Dubai. The ideal candidate will prepare detailed civil and structural drawings for fit-out and must have a background in AutoCAD. Candidates should have at least a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil and a minimum of 4 years experience in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Male, Asian nationals, aged 45 years old and below.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the UAE in Fit Out or Food and Beverage Construction Industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed civil and structural drawings for fit-out.
• Review design drawings and convert concepts into AutoCAD layouts.
• Ensure all drawings meet local authority regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants for technical discrepancies.

• Prepare detailed civil and structural drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings for fit-out.
• Review design drawings and convert concepts or sketches into detailed AutoCAD layouts.
• Ensure all drawings meet local authority regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants to resolve technical discrepancies on drawings
