Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Cortex domain expert in Dubai to drive security operations solutions for enterprise customers. You will define technical designs, guide engagements, and lead Cortex demonstrations while aligning with business imperatives and industry trends.

The role requires deep SIEM/SOAR/XDR knowledge, strong customer collaboration, and fluency in English and Arabic. You will work with account teams to tailor Cortex-based offerings and deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Security Operations or pre-sales/sales engineering within SIEM, SOAR, SOC, and/or XDR/EDR environments.
• Experience working with customers.
• Problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
• Solid understanding of Security Operations Center processes.
• Advanced knowledge of SIEM and/or SOAR solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of Endpoint Security XDR/EDR solutions.
• Scripting experience is a plus; Python preferred.
• Understanding of Cloud Technologies and DevOps is preferred.
• Proficient in English and Arabic.
• No immigration sponsorship; applicants must not require work visa sponsorship for this position.

• Lead and support customer demonstrations.
• Scope and lead Proof of Value projects for prospective customers and partners.
• Drive technical validation and Proof of Value win rates.
• Discuss product alignment, customer requirements, and differentiation.
• Architect solutions to strengthen and simplify customers’ security posture.
• Document High-Level Designs and Key Use Cases.
• Help customers build and develop services around Cortex solutions.
• Lead discussions about industry trends and changes in the security landscape.
• Discuss competitive offers and position Palo Alto Networks’ solutions as the best alternative.
• Convey customer feedback to Product Management, Technical Marketing, competitor intelligence, and R&D.
