Job summary

• Accurate monitoring of vital signs and reporting changes.

• Strict infection prevention and control practices.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary team to implement care plans.

Responsibilities

• Assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Accurately measuring and recording vital signs and reporting changes.
