About the Role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and technically skilled Documentation Technician to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for someone passionate about design documentation, CAD tools, and contributing to high‑quality engineering deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design & Drafting: Produce basic pattern designs and detailed drawings using CAD software, ensuring alignment with design features and product style.
  • Documentation Control: Maintain up‑to‑date drawing registers and quality records. Issue transmittals and manage document flow across teams and contractors.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest enhancements to existing procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Project Support: Assist in project coordination, including presentations, approvals and tracking deliverables.
  • Software Maintenance: Monitor and report software defects, contributing to application stability.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct complex tests to verify specifications and reject non‑conforming materials.
Skills & Experience
  • Proficiency in CAD and documentation systems.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience in engineering or infrastructure projects is a plus.
Stakeholder Engagement

You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams including design engineers, project managers and document controllers. Occasional client interaction may be required under supervision.
