Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage all incoming and outgoing documents ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards
  • Control document flow and filing of technical drawings, contracts, and correspondence
  • Ensure documents are easily accessible and securely stored
  • Support project teams by retrieving required documentation as needed
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for document approvals and updates
  • Prepare and issue document transmittals and maintain document logs
Requirements
  • Minimum 24 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably in construction or real estate
  • Proficient in MS Office and Document Management Systems (e.g., Aconex, EDMS)
