Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, organize, and maintain all project documents, drawings, and correspondence
  • Ensure proper version control, filing, and archiving of documents
  • Distribute documents to relevant project teams, contractors, and consultants
  • Maintain an updated document register and track revisions/approvals
  • Support project teams in retrieving and reviewing documents as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards for documentation
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and project documentation packages
Requirements:
