Wynn Al Marjan Island is set to open in the United Arab Emirates in early 2027, offering an opulent beachside resort with 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five‑star spa, located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport.

About the Position

The resort is looking for a Document Controller to join the Facilities team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full document control lifecycle, including creation, formatting, revision control, distribution, and secure archiving.
  • Maintain master registers for all F&E documents: policies, SOPs, risk assessments, drawings, O&M manuals, compliance records, and contractor submissions.
  • Ensure proper versioning, naming conventions, transmittal control, and approval workflows aligned with Wynn standards.
  • Track document reviews, outstanding revisions, and coordinate approvals with Directors and SMEs.
  • Support creation, formatting, and consistent branding of all department documents.
  • Maintain structured digital filing systems across shared drives and document management platforms.
  • Ensure documents are indexed correctly for rapid retrieval.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure documents are current, compliant, and aligned with operational needs.
  • Assist in proofreading and formatting documents.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing documents.
  • Manage communications, meeting agendas, scheduling, and minutes.
  • Track CAFM/Maximo work orders and ensure documentation is recorded and closed correctly.
  • Coordinate vendor and contractor document submissions, including RAMS, service reports, and inspection certificates.
  • Maintain registers for inspections, permits, calibrations, and statutory documentation.
  • Maintain all compliance records for authorities such as Civil Defence, EPDA, and OSHAD/DCD.
  • Track expiry dates and renewal requirements for statutory documents, permits, inspections, and certifications.
  • Manage PTW logs, safety training records, and incident documentation.
About You
  • Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in dining operations, preferably in staff accommodation or hospitality settings.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop multicultural teams in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog) are a plus for effective staff interaction.
  • Familiarity with HACCP, food safety regulations, and workplace health standards.
  • High school diploma required; diploma or certification in document control, administration, or information management preferred.
  • Experience as a document controller or administrative assistant, ideally in engineering, construction, or facilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
