A leading engineering firm in Dubai is seeking a diligent DMG Maintenance Engineer responsible for the upkeep, troubleshooting, and improvement of DMG CNC machines. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and over 5 years of hands-on experience with DMG CNC systems. This role involves performing various types of maintenance, collaborating with vendors, and ensuring equipment reliability to enhance production efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in maintenance of DMG CNC machines.
• Experience with troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on DMG CNC machines.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and control issues.
• Collaborate with OEMs and vendors on technical problems.
• Support urgent maintenance and emergency repairs.

Skills

In-depth knowledge of DMG MORI CNC machinery

Control systems such as Siemens, Heidenhain, and Mitsubishi

Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics

Troubleshooting and repair

Education

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
