Job summary

Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading contracting company in the UAE to recruit an experienced DLP Supervisor – Façade for high-rise and villa projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in façade systems, defect identification, rectification works, and post-handover DLP activities.

You will supervise defect rectification, coordinate with subcontractors and consultants, monitor quality and safety, and plan manpower for DLP activities.

Qualifications

• 10–20 years of experience in façade construction, maintenance, DLP, or post-handover defect rectification.
• High-rise and villa project experience required.
• Strong knowledge of curtain wall and ACP cladding systems.
• Experience with glazing, aluminium faÇade works, sealants, waterproofing and building envelope systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise façade-related defect rectification during the DLP stage.
• Inspect issues involving curtain walls, ACP cladding, glazing, aluminium works, sealants and waterproofing.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams for defect closure.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in fa̤ade systems, defect identification, rectification works, and post-handover DLP activities.

Key Responsibilities

• - Supervise façade-related defect rectification works during the DLP stage.
• - Inspect and identify issues involving curtain walls, ACP cladding, glazing, aluminium works, sealants, waterproofing, and façade finishes.
• - Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams for timely defect closure.
• - Monitor repair works to ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
• - Handle façade-related customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
• - Maintain defect trackers, inspection records, and closure documentation.
• - Conduct final inspections and confirm satisfactory completion of rectification works.
• - Plan manpower and resources required for DLP activities.
• - Provide progress updates and recommend measures to prevent recurring defects.

Requirements

• - 10–20 years of experience in façade construction, maintenance, DLP, or post-handover defect rectification.
• - Mandatory experience in both high-rise and villa projects.
• - Strong knowledge of Curtain Wall Systems and ACP Cladding Systems is essential.
• - Experience with glazing, aluminium façade works, sealants, waterproofing, and building envelope systems.
• - Any educational qualification; relevant technical certification is an advantage.
• - Strong supervision, problem-solving, coordination, communication, and quality-control skills.
