Job summary

PEMMI International Electromechanical LLC in Dubai seeks a site engineer to oversee district cooling, pipeline, and MEP works on major infrastructure projects. You will coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure timely, high-quality execution and strict adherence to drawings and safety standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of UAE experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to read drawings and coordinate field operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering.
• 3–5 years of UAE experience in district cooling, pipeline, MEP, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction site operations and engineering practices.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and coordinate site execution.
• UAE Driving License will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities related to district cooling, chilled water, and pipeline works.
• Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project schedules and quality standards.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, and safety regulations.
• Conduct daily site inspections and maintain accurate progress reports.
• Coordinate material deliveries, manpower allocation, and equipment requirements.
• Ensure compliance with RTA, Dubai Municipality, and project-specific regulations where applicable.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues while maintaining project productivity.
• Promote a safe working environment by implementing company HSE policies.
• Attend coordination meetings and communicate project updates to the management team.
