Job description
Position

You will join the Middle East Supply Chain team of Christian Dior Couture, located in the heart of Dubai. Within a dynamic and strategic team, play a key role in optimizing the distribution of our products across the Middle East region. This is a central position within our Maison, giving you exposure to numerous stakeholders both at headquarters and in regional offices (Central and Regional Supply Chain, Merchandising, etc.). In a highly dynamic business environment, the accuracy and quality of distribution represent a major strategic challenge for the Maison.

Job responsibilities
Distribution Planning
  • Develop and monitor distribution plans for leathergoods, taking into account seasonality, available stock, and the specificities of the Middle East zone.
  • Analyze distribution performance (AVR, coverage, etc.), identify improvement areas, and propose corrective actions.
  • Ensure optimal stock allocation in case of shortages.
  • Coordinate seasonal product launches, ensuring high availability rates at launch date.
Inventory Management
  • Monitor stock levels across stores, flag potential risks of stock-outs or overstocking, and implement corrective measures.
  • Contribute to the optimization of stock management parameters (VM minimums, anticipation of sales peaks, seasonal rebalancing, etc.).
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with central teams, merchandising, VM, logistics, and customer service to ensure end-to-end supply chain consistency.
Reporting and Analysis
  • Prepare regular reports on distribution performance, stock levels, and seasonal launch follow-ups.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Propose and implement process improvements as part of continuous improvement initiatives.
Profile
  • Bachelor, preferably in Supply Chain or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years working experience in retail or logistics industry, including experience in distribution planning
  • Comfortable with systems and data management (Excel / Anaplan / Power BI).
  • Fluent in English in a professional context.
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
  • Reliable, rigorous, and adaptable
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and adapt to various stakeholders.
