Job summary

Abu Dhabi Vegetable Oil Co LLC is seeking a Driver to transport materials between the company warehouse and customers. The role includes supervising helpers, counting goods, and ensuring accurate delivery documentation.

Responsibilities include safe driving, checking vehicles, recording deliveries, and coordinating with the Purchasing and Distribution teams. Strong communication and organization skills are essential for timely, safe deliveries and compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Secondary education completed.
• 3 years minimum experience in the same field.
• Ability to communicate well with customers and maintain rapport.
• Ability to handle tallying of goods and delivery documents.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to ADVOC policies for GMP, Quality, Safety and Hygiene.
• Supervise helpers loading goods from warehouse to vehicle.
• Count goods loaded and tally with Delivery Order Quantity.
• Safely transport goods to the customer warehouse.
• Obtain signature and stamp on Delivery Notes and Invoices.
• Inspect damaged/expired goods and route back as needed.
• Receive packaging materials and forward DOQ to Purchasing.
• Update Driver Duty Report daily with locations and times.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks before and after use.
• Assist in transporting employees or documents when needed.
• Cooperate with ADVOC and protect employees.
• Report hazards to supervisor and OSH incidents promptly.
