Summary:

We are currently looking for a professional and well experienced Dishwasher to join our high-end top class and well knownRestaurant in Al Ain/ Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, washing dishes and kitchen equipment, and supporting the kitchen team in maintaining a hygienic and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, plates, glasses, cutlery, and kitchen utensils.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Ensure all dishes are properly cleaned and stored.
• Dispose of kitchen waste according to hygiene standards.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and preparation tasks when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dish washing area.
• Follow food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
• Operate dish washing machines and cleaning equipment safely.
• Report damaged or malfunctioning equipment to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Dishwasher, Kitchen Helper, or similar role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and sanitation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
• Ability to handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
• Hardworking, reliable, and punctual.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in a restaurant is an advantage.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning within a hospitality environment (hotels, resorts, or similar).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using standard cleaning equipment and chemical products safely and effectively.
