Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, plates, glasses, cutlery and utensils.

• Dispose of kitchen waste according to hygiene standards.
• Assist kitchen staff with cleaning and prep tasks when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dishwashing area.

• Report damaged or malfunctioning equipment to supervisor.

Summary: We are currently looking for a professional and well experienced Dishwasher to join our high-end top class and well known Restaurant in Al Ain/ Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen washing dishes and kitchen equipment and supporting the kitchen team in maintaining a hygienic and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes plates glasses cutlery and kitchen utensils.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Ensure all dishes are properly cleaned and stored.
• Dispose of kitchen waste according to hygiene standards.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and preparation tasks when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dish washing area.
• Follow food safety health and hygiene regulations.
• Operate dish washing machines and cleaning equipment safely.
• Report damaged or malfunctioning equipment to the supervisor.
• Support the kitchen team during busy periods.

Requirements
