A leading payment technology company is seeking a CMS Consulting Implementation Services Director in Dubai. The role involves leading implementation work, managing product launches, and collaborating with clients to drive successful outcomes. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience, including solid consulting skills and proficiency in English and Russian. This is a hybrid position offering a dynamic work environment.
Commercial & Money Movement Solutions (CMS) represents a key strategic growth area for Visa as it expands beyond core consumer card payments (C2B) and into broader money movement flows among individuals, businesses and governments. The investments that Visa has made over decades in C2B have provided Visa with the infrastructure, technical capability, brand expertise and relationships to tap into money movement between a much broader coupling of counterparties (B2B, B2C, P2P, G2C, G2B etc.).
The CMS Consulting Implementation Services Director will be part of the CEMEA Visa Consulting and Analytics team (VCA) which delivers high impact consulting analytics and data science projects to our clients. This role focuses on executing CMS strategies driving end-to-end product launches and managing technical integrations within banking environments to accelerate adoption and usage.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Bachelors degree or equivalent. Masters degree preferred.
At least 10 years of overall work experience including mandatory solid (at least 5 years) consulting experience in a primary strategy or management consulting firm.
Additional experience in Small Business or Corporate Banks Strategy or business Functions would be a plus, as well as in primary players active in the B2B money movement space.
Solid consulting skills and client engagement capabilities, including advanced client contact, public speaking skills and advanced skills in using Excel and PowerPoint.
Combination of regional and global experience is also desired; previous work experience across multiple key CISSEE countries (Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Serbia) would be a differentiating factor.
Strong track record of delivering complex strategy projects for large clients and leading strategy engagements end‑to‑end.
Proficiency with Generative and Agentic AI in terms of trends, use cases and personal use of the tools is required.
Diplomatic skills to work in a multi‑functional environment and ability to extract desired outcomes.
Comfortable interacting with and presenting to senior management of clients and VISA.
Relationship management skills; should be able to manage internal and external stakeholders at senior levels.
Results‑driven, flexible and both internally and externally customer focused.
Self‑motivated and able to use own initiative with limited direction.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with inter‑disciplinary groups.
Ability to work in a multi‑cultural environment.
Fluency in English and Russian is mandatory; Fluency in Ukrainian or Azerbaijani would be a plus.
