Job summary

Green Thumb, a leader in the cannabis industry, seeks an IT program manager to oversee a department of technical professionals responsible for the development and maintenance of information technology systems.

You will set goals, manage budgets, align with senior stakeholders on technology roadmaps, and ensure timely delivery of complex IT projects, including SaaS solutions, with a strong focus on supply chain applications.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical program or project management experience.
• 6+ years supporting enterprise applications for supply chain operations (S&OP, Manufacturing, Fulfillment).
• Proven ability to lead internal and external technical teams.
• Experience managing project and department budgets.
• Experience partnering with third-party vendors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of CPG Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), cultivation, manufacturing, and supply chain processes
• Experience with Agile Development and delivery practices
