Job summary

EY is seeking a Director of End-to-End Supply Chain Transformation to help organizations transform supply chains to be more agile, resilient and digitally enabled. You will lead programs across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing and customer fulfillment, while building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation engagements for global clients.
• Advise C-suite and senior stakeholders on strategy and operating models.
• Drive improvements across planning, procurement, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, inventory and distribution.
• Lead transformation roadmaps, business cases and implementation programs.
• Manage governance, risk, and engagement economics across programs.
• Drive business development activities and client relationship growth.
• Lead and develop high-performing consulting teams.
• Support digital supply chain transformations enabled by SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder and advanced analytics

Join EY s Business Consulting team as a Director End-to-End Supply Chain Transformation helping organizations transform their supply chains to become more agile resilient and digitally enabled. You will lead strategic and operational transformation programs across planning procurement manufacturing logistics warehousing and customer fulfillment while building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.

• Lead large-scale E2E Supply Chain Transformation engagements
• Advise C-suite and senior stakeholders on supply chain strategy and operating model design

To qualify for the role

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering Supply Chain Operations Management Business or a related field
• MBA or Master s degree preferred
• Professional certifications such as CSCP CPIM PMP Lean Six Sigma or equivalent preferred
• 12 years of experience in consulting supply chain or operations transformation
• Proven experience delivering large-scale supply chain transformation programs
• Strong expertise across supply chain planning procurement manufacturing logistics and warehousing
• Experience engaging with executive stakeholders and leading multi-functional teams
• Strong business development and commercial management experience

Ideally

• Experience within a leading management consulting firm
• Experience across Consumer Products Manufacturing Energy Retail Logistics or Public Sector
• Experience with SAP S 4HANA SAP IBP Oracle SCM Kinaxis or Blue Yonder
• Experience delivering transformations across the MENA region
