  • 10+ years of experience as an individual contributor, successfully leading complex software and data sales initiatives across a wide range of GCC and Middle Eastern financial industry accounts.
  • Proven ability to confidently deliver complex, high-value sales while managing end-to-end sales processes.
  • Strong overall knowledge of the banking industry and the critical role of risk management and analytics in key workflows.
  • Preferably possesses robust knowledge of risk management, including national and international regulations.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic; highly independent, systematic, organized, persuasive, and approachable, with the ability to interact effectively with prospects and customers at all levels.
  • Exceptional networking skills, with established connections across relevant industries and up-to-date knowledge of the latest market trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in in-person and virtual settings.
  • Expert Arabic language skills are essential.
Education

BA/BS degree required. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, JD/LLB, MA/MS, MEng, etc.) are preferred.

Responsibilities

The position involves selling a wide range of Moody’s solutions within the Banking, Insurance, Asset Management, and Private Banking segments. There is significant potential to deliver complex solutions leveraging Moody’s platforms, data, and analytics offerings across various domains, including Supply Chain, AI, KYx, as well as Credit, Cyber, and Climate use cases.

  • Identify, develop, and seize opportunities to expand Moody’s enterprise-scale solutions to prospective customers, working collaboratively with colleagues across the organization and industry to achieve objectives. While the role may involve limited account management responsibilities, it will primarily focus on acquiring new business.
  • The initial territory includes the Middle East, excluding KSA, Egypt, Kuwait, and Turkey.
  • Selling Moody’s enterprise offerings to prospective customers in the Banking, Insurance, Asset Management, and Private Banking sectors.
  • Driving strategic engagement and fostering commercial relationships with key customers to ensure successful delivery of Moody’s solutions.
  • Establishing C-suite dialogue and relationships to deliver enterprise propositions tailored to customers’ strategic needs.
  • Identifying new opportunities through strategic projects to scale business with core customers.
  • Developing, executing, and tracking strategic account plans, including forecasts and key performance indicators.
  • Leveraging deep sector insights to uncover opportunities and address risks for customers.
  • Sharing feedback and market intel with internal segments and management.
  • This position offers a dynamic work environment, requiring up to 50% travel to engage with clients face-to-face, while also providing the flexibility of hybrid working.
