This role encompasses the full recruitment lifecycle, management of recruitment teams, and collaboration with senior management to align hiring practices with business goals.   • Proven experience as a Recruitment Director, Talent Acquisition Manager, or similar senior HR role.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and employer branding.
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats, assessment tools, and ATS systems.

This leadership role oversees the full recruitment lifecycle, manages recruitment teams, collaborates with senior management, and ensures hiring practices align with business goals.
