• Bachelor in the relevant field with professional library experience.
• Minimum 5 years in progressive library roles, including supervisory/leadership positions.
• Experience developing strategic programs supporting institutional objectives.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the library's engagement with students, faculty, researchers and the wider university community.
• Develop and implement the Library's strategy for user engagement, experience and service delivery.
• Oversee staff training, performance evaluation and alignment of roles with operational needs.
• Lead the development of a modern, user-centered service model across physical and virtual environments.
• Benchmark engagement with leading libraries and foster collaboration across colleges.
