Job summary

Confidencial is seeking a Director of Planning & Schedule Control in the United Arab Emirates, based in Abu Dhabi. You will lead planning, scheduling, and project controls across ultra-luxury developments, shaping master schedules and governance across multiple assets.

You will drive schedule forecasting, risk mitigation, and recovery strategies, coordinating with contractors and senior management to ensure timely delivery and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in construction Planning, Scheduling and Project Controls.
• Minimum 5 years in Planning leadership within luxury hospitality or mega developments.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, critical path analysis, forecasting and schedule recovery.
• Strong experience in contractor schedule governance and baseline management.
• Experience leading Planning functions within developer, owner or PM environments.
• Professional certification in PMP, PMI-SP, AACE or equivalent.
• UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred.

• Oversee detailed project schedules for design, procurement, and construction phases.
