Job Purpose

The Director of Operations – Nightlife is responsible for overseeing the strategic and day-to-day operations of all nightlife venues within the organization. This role ensures exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and financial performance across all nightlife outlets. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of hospitality leadership, operational rigor, and a deep understanding of nightlife trends and guest expectations.

Essential Duties

  • Lead and manage all nightlife operations, including clubs, lounges, and entertainment venues.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive revenue, guest satisfaction, and brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with marketing, talent acquisition, and entertainment teams to curate compelling nightlife experiences.
  • Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and implement cost-control measures.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor venue managers and frontline staff.
  • Analyze guest feedback and operational data to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with internal stakeholders and external partners, including talent agencies and vendors.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

  • Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience in nightlife, hospitality, or entertainment operations.
  • Proven track record of managing high-volume venues and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L statements.
  • Experience working in luxury or high-profile nightlife environments is highly desirable.
