Job summary

Arada seeks a senior Interior Design Director to lead the interior design function across residential, hospitality and mixed-use developments. You will own briefs, standards and quality benchmarks, directing consultants and operators while balancing design with schedule, budget and brand standards.

Reporting to Design and Development leadership, you’ll drive design governance, risk management and stakeholder alignment at every gate, delivering exceptional outcomes for Arada’s ambitious portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in interior design or interior architecture.
• Minimum 5 years in developer/ client-side design management.
• At least 8 years in a senior design leadership role with teams.
• Proven track record delivering from brief to handover.
• Regional GCC or UAE delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own interior design vision across Arada’s portfolio.
• Lead design reviews and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Manage consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Drive value engineering and design risk management.
• Align design with budget, schedule and brand.
