Job summary

Besins Healthcare is seeking a Director of Cybersecurity to define and evolve the organization’s cybersecurity strategy, risk posture, and security operating model within a regulated pharma context.

The role provides direct exposure to executive leadership and the chance to shape security by design across systems and processes, balancing governance, architecture, and pragmatic delivery to enable global growth.

Qualifications

• Senior-level leadership experience in cybersecurity and IT risk.
• Experience in regulated environments (pharma/healthcare/manufacturing).
• Proven track record building or transforming security functions and managing enterprise risk programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise cybersecurity strategy, governance and multi-year roadmap.
• Own cyber risk management framework ensuring alignment with GxP, privacy and standards.
• Embed Security by Design across products, cloud environments and data ecosystems.
• Oversee security operations, incident response, resilience and vulnerability management.
• Define IAM and data protection strategies and implement least privilege and zero trust where applicable.
• Promote a strong security culture and align risk management with business objectives.
• Build and lead a high-performing cybersecurity team and advise executive leadership.
