Job summary

WW+P, a world-leading architecture and planning practice, seeks an experienced regional representative in the Middle East based at Egis’s Dubai headquarters. The role focuses on advancing internal synergies within the Group and developing external business through client and partner networks.

You will lead design teams, collaborate with WW+P’s global studio, and work with the 10N Collective to grow regional opportunities while safeguarding the brand and maximizing project profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering excellent, award-winning design on a variety of project typologies.
• 5+ years of experience at Associate Director level or similar.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate and present design concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the Middle East construction market and stakeholders.
• Leadership experience including managing remote design teams.
• Strong commercial understanding and project management.
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.

Responsibilities

• Represent WW+P in the region, utilizing a comprehensive knowledge of the WW+P project portfolio, values, and approach.
• Collaborate with the WW+P global studio, primarily through liaison with the Middle East Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team.
• Collaborate with the 10N Collective to maximise working synergies and support regional growth.
• Support the management of design teams based in the WW+P global studios, in the role of local first-point-of-contact for clients and partners.
• Build key client relationships through increased exposure and networking and establish business opportunity within this.
• Safeguard and evolve the identity of WW+P, ensuring output aligns with the brand's values and messaging.
• Support and mine new business opportunities: advance the client's knowledge of core capabilities; recognize untapped opportunities within existing relationships; leverage formal and informal networks in the pursuit of new business possibilities.
• Maximise project profit returns where possible.

Job Description

We are seeking a confident, versatile and experienced individual who will represent WW+P in the Middle East. The individual will be based at Egis’s regional headquarters in Dubai, with a focus on advancing internal synergies within the Group, as well as developing external business through the creation and nurturing of relationships with clients and partners.
