Job summary

Roblox is seeking a Director of MENA Public Policy based in Dubai to lead engagement with policymakers, stakeholders, and opinion leaders across the region. You will shape policy strategies that support Roblox's growth, safety, and product roadmap while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will build and manage relationships with regional government figures, monitor policy developments, and advise internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Political Science, Public Policy, Law, International Relations, Media, Technology, or related field of study or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience working with policymakers and stakeholders in MENA
• Deep knowledge of the MENA policymaking and public opinion process
• Extensive experience in intelligence collection and analysis, strategy development, project management, cross-functional partnership
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Maintain and build relationships with regional policymakers and political figures
• Identify, monitor, and analyze policy issues affecting Roblox in MENA
• Develop and execute policy strategies around issues important to Roblox
• Assist the wider public policy team on ongoing projects and initiatives
• Advise Roblox internal stakeholders on policy matters as inputs to the development of our products and business operations
• Articulate Roblox’s public policy positions and produce briefing papers and consultation responses
