Standard Chartered in Dubai seeks a CMPS professional to provide cross-asset dealing ideas and advisory for Relationship Managers, Investment Advisors and Councillors, aiming to achieve client investment returns within the Wealth and Retail Bank.

You will own CMPS product lines end-to-end, analyze client portfolios, prepare and present trade ideas, and manage Structured Products, Fixed Income, FX and Digital Assets, coordinating with internal teams to ensure compliant execution across

• Provide cross-asset dealing and advisory to Relationship Managers, Investment Advisors and Investment Councillors to achieve customer investment returns.
• Work towards meeting and exceeding CMPS budget for the relevant year.
• Systematically provide cross-asset ideation, market and product information and execution for clients and RM/Investment Advisors across client segments.
• Engage with UHNW customers and colleagues to proactively identify SP solutions that meet customer needs.
• End-to-end ownership of all CMPS product lines and lifecycle management of client portfolios.
• Prepare and present trade ideas to the Retail Bank and manage all lines of business (Structured Products, Fixed Income, FX, Digital Assets) to execution.
• Build and manage lasting relationships with Clients, RMs, Investment Advisors and counterparties.
• Represent CMPS in client forums and collaborate with partners across regions for seamless advice and execution.

To provide Cross Asset Dealing and Advisory for RelationshipManagers (RM), Investment Advisors and Investment Councillors to achieve the Investment returns for the customers of the Wealth and Retail Bank (WRB).

• To work towards meeting and exceeding Capital Markets Products & Solutions (CMPS) budget for the relevant year
• To systematically provide cross asset Ideation, market and product information and execution for clients, RMs, Investment Advisors (across all the client segments especially Commercial Bank and the Retail Bank - also referred to collectively as the "Wealth and Retail Bank - WRB")
• Engage and Interact closely with the UHNW customers, RMs, Investment Advisors and Portfolio Advisors to proactively identify SP solutions that meet customer needs.
• End to End Ownership of all CMPS product lines.
• Analyse client portfolios for product life cycle management.
• Responsible for preparation and presentation of trade ideas to the Retail Bank
• Manage all lines business including, Structured Products, Fixed Income, FX and Digital Assets, End to End by working with the external counterparties, Internal Legal and Compliance in getting Documents approved, marketing / bookbuilding and trade closure.
• Build and manage lasting and trusted relationships with all Clients, RM’s, Investment Advisor’s, other colleagues and Professional Trading counterparties.
• Represent CMPS on various client, industry and other forums.
• Assist CMPS business partners in other geographical regions to provide seamless advice and execution for truly world class service across geographies and time zones.
