Job summary

Emirates Investment Authority seeks a senior Manager to lead performance measurement, attribution reporting and portfolio analytics across its investment portfolio. You will drive accuracy, timeliness and governance in reporting, supporting decision-making and oversight across asset classes.

The role requires extensive experience in sovereign wealth or institutional investment environments, with a track record of leading reporting teams and delivering automated analytics.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years in investment performance measurement or attribution reporting.
• Minimum 3 years leading or supervising performance reporting teams.
• Experience within sovereign wealth funds or institutional investment environments.
• Proven ability with multi-asset portfolios and benchmark methodologies.
• Experience implementing analytics enhancements and reporting automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end performance measurement across portfolios and asset classes.
• Validate benchmark calculations and ensure consistent reporting.
• Produce analyses and commentary for Executive Management and Committees.
• Oversee data accuracy, governance, and controls for performance data.
• Lead automation and digital transformation of reporting platforms.
• Collaborate with IT and Data teams to improve integrations.
