Qualifications

• Deep IFRS and technical accounting expertise.
• Strong experience in complex transactions, consolidation, M&A/IPO accounting, and financial reporting.
• Proven business development and revenue origination capability.
• Strong Abu Dhabi market relationships, particularly at the CFO/Finance Director level.
• Ability to build and grow a technical accounting advisory practice.
• Strong proposal, pitching, negotiation, and commercial skills.
• Senior-level client and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead, recruit, and develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Work strategically with the leadership team to drive business growth
• Develop a high-profile market presence within the Public Sector and promote the brand
• Work towards RI status and sign off audits
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the team and portfolio on behalf of the Partner
• Develop internal and external networks to support business development
• Manage a key client portfolio and maintain strong working relationships
• Lead engagements with Public Sector clients
• Negotiate client fees per engagement
