Job summary

Uniqus Consultech Inc seeks seasoned ESG professionals to join our consulting team in Dubai/Riyadh. You will work with clients to deliver high‑quality ESG services and report to the Partner/Director on project execution and outcomes.

Role involves gap assessments, stakeholder engagement, benchmarking, data reporting, and developing ESG strategies and roadmaps. Strong communication, cross‑cultural collaboration, and leadership are essential for success in this dynamic, client‑facing role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master's degree in Business Sustainability, Energy Engineering or Environmental studies.
• Related consulting work experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking ESG Gap Assessment and providing recommendations.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and managing ESG communication strategies.
• Peer Benchmarking across sectors.
• Evaluate social impact on community, supply chain, employees, and stakeholders.
• Provide guidelines to client organisations to comply with standards and regulations.
• Collect and collate data related to sustainability impact and reporting findings.
• Provide advisory support to develop ESG strategy framework and roadmap.
• Experience in writing Sustainability/ESG/IR reports and decarbonization.
• Develop innovative ESG service offerings and dashboards.
