Job summary

A leading payment solutions company located in Dubai seeks an experienced sales professional to manage relationships with MidMarket client accounts. The role involves driving sales across Visa products, forecasting sales, and delivering client presentations. Candidates must possess 12 years of sales experience and a Bachelor's Degree, with fluency in English. Knowledge of the payments industry and digital sales tools like Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous. This is a full-time on-site position.

Job description

Objective of the role: To own and manage relationships with a large territory of MidMarket clients accounts as a full sales cycle seller. To drive sales/upsell/crosssell in a comprehensive selling motion across all Visa products and solutions which includes virtual engagement and system touchpoints.

Responsibilities
  • Applies knowledge of how Visa products and offerings are used to enable business goals or overcome business challenges to sell Visa products and offerings and maintain customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
  • Manages current accounts identifies new account opportunities maintains account plans creates presentation materials that are applicable to all levels of the client organization.
  • Forecasts sales and has knowledge of sales cycles from initial contact through the procurement process ensuring sales tools are utilized appropriately and maintained regularly.
  • Participates in client communications and develops and delivers client presentations using phone video conferencing digital whiteboards and webcasts.
  • Maintains industry trend knowledge and government regulations that may affect assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with digital sales team to develop new business strategies and tactics. Participate in ongoing digital sales trainings.
Qualifications
  • 12 years of sales relevant experience with a Bachelors Degree.
  • Fluent in English. Strong proficiency in a second language Ukranian ishighly preferred.
  • Basic understanding of digital sales tools such as Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Prior experience in a fullcycle sales role or related field with a focus on direct client sales.
  • Strong ability to communicate basic concepts and exchange ideas and account information clearly and concisely.
  • Knowledge of the payments industry preferred.
Additional Information

Working location: This role is based in Dubai fulltime in the office.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travelless than 10 of the time.
