Easy Wedding in Dubai is hiring a Junior Digital Project Manager to join our in-office team. You will translate big ideas from the marketing team into actionable project plans and oversee timely delivery, working directly with the co-founder and marketing lead to ensure campaigns launch smoothly.

The role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years in marketing, media, or project coordination who wants rapid career growth into leadership within 12–18 months.

Responsibilities

• Turn department input into project tasks, deadlines, and weekly schedules.
• Update Notion/Trello boards and keep the team on track.
• Follow up with team members across content, web, data and tech.
• Prepare briefs, sync meetings, and unblock delays.
• Report progress to the founder and suggest improvements.
• Help launch projects like podcasts, new lead funnels, or content libraries.

At Easy Wedding we help couples from different nationalities and religions get legally married without stress borders or complications. We're one of the fastest-growing wedding startups in the region and now we're looking for someone to make sure our marketing team executes fast smart and on time

You'll work directly with our co-founder and marketing lead to turn big ideas into clear project plans then follow up with the team to make sure everything gets delivered smoothly. From launching new content campaigns to managing internal timelines you'll be the link between vision and execution

This role is perfect for someone whos done 24 years in marketing media or project coordination and wants to grow into a leadership role within 1218 months

What you'll actually do
