• Ensures digital products and services are delivered efficiently effectively and to high standards using agile principles and practices.
• Acts as a bridge between business technology and guest experience teams to ensure user-focused data-driven solutions aligned with the Guest Masterplan.
• Collaborates with multiple stakeholders to scope plan and manage digital product delivery.
