The role partners with Retail, Store Operations, Digital, Technology and Central Product & Engineering teams to identify customer and Beauty Advisor needs, translate opportunities into scalable digital products, and measure value across the Middle East.

Job description

The Digital Product Owner - Digital In-Store will lead the Product strategy, roadmap and lifecycle for digital experiences connecting our physical stores with the broader Sephora omnichannel ecosystem.

The role will partner closely with Retail, Store Operations, Digital, Technology and Central Product & Engineering teams to identify customer and Beauty Advisor needs.

Translate business opportunities into scalable digital products, represent Middle East requirements within global product roadmaps, and continuously measure and optimize the value delivered.
