Job Title: Digital Media Manager – Arab Nation
About the Role
The Digital Media Manager supports the Head of Digital Media in overseeing Arab Nation’s digital presence as well as the social media platforms of the agency’s client accounts. This role ensures consistent performance, strategic alignment, and high-quality content execution across all managed pages, including both internal brands and external clients. The position requires strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of social media management, and the ability to coordinate multiple accounts, campaigns, and posting schedules across diverse audiences and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Execution & Optimization
- Support the Head of Digital Media in implementing the digital strategy for Arab Nation and all client accounts.
- Manage daily posting schedules, platform updates, and content coordination across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Ensure consistent tone, visuals, and messaging across all brand pages and clients.
- Track engagement, reach, and performance metrics; highlight insights and improvement opportunities.
- Identify digital trends and propose relevant strategies for both in-house and client platforms.
- Coordination & Team Support
- Coordinate with Social Media Managers, designers, and editors to collect and organize content for multiple brands.
- Review captions, visuals, and publishing materials before internal approval.
- Maintain content calendars, posting trackers, and platform reports for all active accounts.
- Assist in preparing platform plans and aligning schedules with ongoing campaigns.
- Client & Department Collaboration
- Work closely with the Head of Digital Media, Head of Content, Head of Production, and Head of Client Team to ensure unified communication and campaign delivery.
- Coordinate client campaign launches, paid media activations, and branded content timelines.
- Support the Project Lead in aligning social executions with broader brand or client objectives.
- Assist in preparing client updates, reporting decks, and campaign summaries.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Gather weekly and monthly performance data across all platforms and client pages.
- Compile analytical reports with insights, growth indicators, and recommendations.
- Assist in optimizing content based on audience behavior and data-driven trends.
- Brand & Community Engagement
- Monitor community interactions and engagement across all platforms.
- Support in handling comments, DMs, and inquiries in a timely and brand-aligned manner.
- Ensure account security, access control, and compliance across all managed platforms.
Qualifications & Skills
- 4–6 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (agency or multi-brand experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of analytics tools, platform algorithms, and best posting practices.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Ability to handle multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
- Creative eye for content, tone, and brand presentation.
- Strong coordination, reporting, and multitasking abilities.
